If your earrings arrive damaged, we will gladly replace them or refund the cost of the earrings.

Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with care, and slight variations or minor imperfections are part of the charm of polymer clay. These unique details make every piece one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we do not issue refunds for natural imperfections.
